Origin Story

The original idea for toggle came from watching the simplistic function of a toggle switch. Changing the state of a circuit, going from off to on.

This idea transfers onto that which is Toggle Computers purpose. A kind of real world switch that can change the state of your situation from non functional to functional. Enabling you to quickly get back to doing what you do best, being you.

Toggle Computers has a foundation rooted from the idea of creating a technology company that does more than “fix a computer”. Instead, provide consultation/repair/service/installation for technologies ranging in Pc, mac, mobile, network/WiFi, home theater/entertainment, phone systems…. you get the idea. A company design intended to offer a wide range of technology services, at a professional level, all while maintaining a cost effect budget.

In order to offer this type of service the company has avoided the costs associated with brick and mortar establishments. Instead, a Toggle Certified and friendly local technician arrives at your doorstep, much like a plumber, completing the intended services. In most cases services and/or repairs can be completed at the customers location. This all of course saving the customer allot of time, money and sanity.

Finally, the most important ideal such that technology should be as reliable as a toggle switch. If you decide to utilize a device/system then it should always be ready for the task.

Plainly, We do it right the first time, so it doesn’t have to be done again.

• We provide a 20 minute assessment in order to determine the extent and potential costs of the client’s issue.
• Upon completing the assessment our technicians will explain the best course of action.
• The customer can then decide if they wish to have the device Serviced.
• After establishing a plan of action we can get to work and find a solution to the problem as quickly as possible.

Service Rates:

A full Service assessment:

o A Technician will perform general assessments to determine the extent of which service is required.
o Quick Malware/Virus Scan, Basic Hardware Test, System Stability, Current Upgrades, Basic Network Tests.
o Test device functionality and determine overall device repair-ability.
o Determine extent of services needed for installations or retrofitting.
o The potential estimated cost of all repair, installation and/or purchase will then be provided to the customer.

Rates for Services:

o Bench Fee/Shop Costs: $10 per device
o $50 Assessment charge : (free to customer, only with service)
o $25 / 1 hr : Data Retrival - Backup Storage Device NOT Included - o $55 / 1 hr **
o $25 / .5 hr **
**average service costs range from 1-3 hrs depending on the extent of the issue

Electronic Recycling Fee (Pay us for the gas):

o $5 for monitor disposal
o $12 for CRT TV’s
o $8 for Junk PC’s and Laptops
o Free Recycling with any repair
